We could have had a pleasant stay at the property, if only the staff were competent/more accomodating

The room was spacious and the amenities as well as the food were good.

There were no available towels in the room and the pool area. We have to call around 5 times in a span of a few hours and even go to the reception to follow up the towels. they were able to provide for us around midnight! Also I paid in cash and the receptionist said they dont have the amount for change and that they will give it once we check out. Upon checking out, the other receptionist would ask unnecessary questions like if how much is the exact bill and if so, how much would be my change. I told him they should have it on file, he said they have but he insisted that i should go check and compute on my own, which is a hassle, then proceed to entertain other guests. When my friend asked where can she file a review, he started to become polite to us.

Amazing hotel

Very comfortable and luxurious hotel which is newly built. Rooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was great about the hotel from the staff to facilities and cleanliness. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety and something different everyday. I had an early morning flight and the i was allowed an early check in (10 am). It was one of the best experiences I’ve had staying in a hotel when it comes to cleanliness, staff, food, and noise. I had a sore throat and Jocelyn (hope I’ve spelled it right) from the restaurant was kind enough to offer ginger tea. Would definitely stay again.

The location was close to the airport and the souq but a little far from the main city. But it was still only a 10/15 minutes drive. Everything was great but just had an extremely bad experience with the night club of the hotel. The manager Basim, which I’m not sure if he was a hotel staff or the nightclub manager. Was an extremely rude person who had zero apprehension of how to deal with customers. He was very ill mannered who started shouting and cutting off just cause I was trying the get into the club when it was about to close in 15 minutes. I just don’t think an in-house customer should be treated that way.

everything is awesome, staff and rooms are perfectly fine,...

everything is awesome, staff and rooms are perfectly fine, the swimming pool is very elegant and very clean

what I don't like is I think this is the only hotel that we booked which is jacuzzi and sauna is not free of use but the rest is awesome. the guy who cleans the swimming pool is using pool water to clean the ashtray and he is using a shower towel to clean the gym equipment, wiping the glass with the face towel.

Good but could further be improved. The hotel has so much potential.

The hotel was clean mainly because it is still very new. The pool is right sized and is on the rooftop. The staff especially the team at reception tried everything to respond to guests concerns.

The hotel has so much potential but understandably since it is still new, there are still a lot of glitches that need to be resolved. First, there were several issues with the key cards. We had to be moved to another set of rooms because the key cards malfunctioned several times (for 3 different rooms we booked). There was also a concern with the AC in one of the rooms. The breakfast was certainly not enough for all guests booked. There should have been more preparation given it was the holidays and they certainly knew the number of guests availing of the breakfast buffet. There were hardly any refills. And lastly, staff should be conscious of personal hygiene. We had to leave our room for awhile after it was cleaned because it reeked of body odor from the housekeeping staff.

Reception is the worst and weakest link in the chain. Need serious action

The hotel is very nice, reasonable price and quite to some extent.

The reception never ever take up the calls. If the housekeeping team finds don’t disturb, room will never be made up unless you ask for it. You have to get the housekeeping staff in absence of front desk who will never take up the call.

The receptionist was taking notes of guests comments. She was also patient in handling our request. Thank you Ms.Margie. Staff are really friendly. Rooms are clean and interiors are impressive. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

The hotel has just opened and still has room for improvement. We stayed during the Eid holidays, there were lots of guests and perhaps the hotel needs more staff now? Breakfast could have more items, like cereal for younger children and butter which is just basic. Also, English movie channels would be nice.

The strange thing was i found a cockroach on my bed while i was going to sleep and this thing was very disturbing and unexpected . Even i recorded a video to show the staff at reception and the reply back was that we will make a note on this ........ and second thing was the pictures of room showed in the reservation of profile was not same like what i expected while booking ,,,, feels my money got wasted

I personally like the hotel Interior, Our Assigned room is excellent. The pool was good.

For around 40 hotels that I've been and stayed in doha, like 6 of them are on their soft opening when I checked In, this was the worst F&B team(because of the breakfast) i've gone so far, they are not ready for a heavy guest knowing the fact it was an EID HOLIDAY, YOU SHOULD EXPECT YOUR HOTEL TO BE BUSY on that day! People are on the line and keep on coming back on the chef who was cooking the egg SINCE THAT WAS THE ONLY FOOD AVAILABLE KNOWING THAT ITS ONLY 8AM IN THE MORNING! all the food in the buffet was gone, and I dont have any choice to go down and complain on the reception, finally after 45mins of waiting they cooked like 2 menus from the buffet. another thing is you need to go back and fort for the coffee since IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE YOU NEED TO ASK A LOT OF TIMES BEFORE THEY STOCK SOMETHING THERE, WORST IS AFTER COMING BACK AND FORTH FOR THE NTH TIMES AND YOU WILL ASK THEM TO GIVE YOU THE COFFEE ON THE TABLE, THEY WILL ANSWER YOU "THE COFFEE IS THERE, YOU CAN TAKE IT" OMG! even the server is not well trained, change your F&B manager, since he was there only to looked at people doing nothing knowing that there is no food to serve! Mr. F&B Manager, you should console your guest instead of giving a draggy look. After all these dramas, thanks to the the filipina receptionist (the one who's on the morning shift with a colored blonde hair) who tried to sympathize on this issue and do an action, Guests are not always after the complimentary (since you gave a fruit basket after the incident, and we are thankful) we are complaining and telling you these things for you to improve more.

No suitable for families

I stayed at VIP hotel recently, and it had some good and not-so-good things. The rooms were really nice - clean, comfy, and big. The breakfast had lots of choices and was perfect for starting the day.

The thing I did not like about the hotel is when it comes around 9 pm, the noise from the night club below started and went on until 2 am. Not just loud music, but there were also fights sometimes, making it not so great. The night club bouncers smoked in Mezzanine floor , and the smell spread to all floors. After 9 pm, the elevators got super busy, making it hard to use them because of the night club people. There were also false fire alarms at night, which scared everyone for no reason. Parking on weekends was a mess, and it seemed like the night club people got priority. I had to park far away and walk to the hotel. It didn't feel like a good place for families with all these issues. Last but least , it’s hard to get hold of the reception or room service when calling them from the room and they are too slow to respond to requests
